MBA Digital Transformation and Leadership in Fashion Portfolio

My MBA in Digital Transformation and Leadership focuses on technology, innovation, and human-centred leadership. The program prepared me to lead complex change by combining digital strategy, data-driven decision-making, and effective communication.
Through this experience, I am developing the ability to translate emerging technologies, such as AI, digital platforms, data analytics, and CRM systems, into real business value. A core focus is building integrated customer journeys, using data to understand behaviour, and designing communication strategies that strengthen engagement across digital and physical touchpoints.
My work emphasises strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and the leadership skills needed to align people, processes, and technology. This MBA reflects my commitment to driving sustainable transformation by connecting data, communication, and innovation to business impact in creative, luxury, and global industries.
This project developed a data-driven communication strategy for Cult Gaia, using consumer insights to uncover how different audiences engage with the brand. I identified key patterns and built a micro-segmentation model based on motivations, lifestyle, and purchasing behaviour. This approach enabled more personalised marketing and targeted campaigns, ensuring relevant, meaningful communication for each segment. The result is a strategic framework that connects data, creativity, and brand storytelling—transforming consumer understanding into actionable communication, with all imagery created using MidJourney.
This project explored digital transformation across the value chain through the use of the metaverse for Miss Sohee. I developed an immersive fitting-room concept that extends the brand experience beyond the point of sale, creating a deeper emotional connection with the consumer.
The experience was designed to enhance both pre- and post-purchase journeys, allowing customers to interact with the brand in a virtual environment, build confidence in their choices, and maintain engagement after purchase. The result is a future-focused strategy that uses immersive technology to drive long-term brand value, loyalty, and satisfaction.
This project introduces the Anti-Overproduction Blueprint, a digital framework designed to help companies reduce excess production through technology and smarter processes. The blueprint functions as a software-driven system that supports real-time planning, forecasting, and inventory visibility across the value chain. Alongside the technology, the model outlines how to train personnel and enable cross-functional collaboration, ensuring teams can align around shared data and sustainability goals. The result is a scalable strategy that connects people, processes, and digital tools, helping organizations operate more efficiently while reducing waste and long-term costs.
This project explores digital transformation at Savile Row through The Inspirator,a facial recognition, powered system designed to help clients design bespoke suits faster and with greater confidence. By analysing facial features, proportions, and style preferences, the tool creates personalised design recommendations that enhance both pre- and post-purchase satisfaction. The strategy also integrates textile scanning to support tailors with real-time inventory visibility, reducing waste and improving material management. Using CLO3D, clients can preview their garments in a realistic 3D environment, strengthening decision-making and deepening engagement. The result is a future-facing framework that blends heritage craftsmanship with advanced technology, connecting personalisation, efficiency, and experience across the entire value chain.
This project explores digital transformation at Stella McCartney to strengthen sustainability across the entire supply chain through advanced technologies. The strategy focuses on improving transparency, traceability, and decision-making from sourcing to distribution. By integrating data platforms, digital tracking, and predictive tools, the model helps reduce waste, optimise production, and support responsible material choices. It also enables cross-functional teams to collaborate around shared sustainability goals, aligning design, production, and logistics. The result is a future-focused framework that connects innovation with responsibility, empowering Stella McCartney to drive measurable environmental impact while maintaining creativity, quality, and brand integrity.
